* Promenade Farm has recently relocated to a new property just minutes to downtown Athens and the UGA campus, right across the street from the beautiful Sandy Creek Park. We are operating out of the existing barns, with added turnout and a brand new riding arena.

* We are in the process of building a brand new state of the art facility offering the following amenities 

- 45 picturesque acres

- 25 spacious grass paddocks

- 25 12’ x 12’ matted stalls

- 3 matted wash bays with hot/cold water and fans

- 3 Matted grooming stalls with fans and infrared heaters

- 2 exterior grooming/wash bays

- Large climate controlled tack room with laundry facilities, lounge, and individual tack lockers

- 300’ x 190’ outdoor arena with excellent footing, sprinkler system and lights

- Viewing gazebo

- 1 large grass riding meadow

- Riding paths throughout property with natural obstacles

- On-site staff
